Preparing Your Jeans
Step 1 — Condition & prep your jeans Send jeans that are clean, dry, and free of heavy damage, holes, or excessive wear. We work best on intact denim. If you're unsure whether your pair qualifies, message us before ordering.
Step 2 — Place your order & fill in your personalization details Complete checkout first and enter your customization details in the personalization box (see instructions below). You will receive a confirmation email with our mailing address and packing instructions shortly after your order is placed.
Step 3 — Ship your jeans to us OR deliver in person Please ship your jeans using a trackable method and keep your tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I am willing to meet on a case by case basis for pickup and drop off.
Step 4 — Proof approval A digital proof will be sent via email for approval. Once you approve the design, we'll move your order into production.
Step 5 — Production & turnaround My typical turn-around-time for this product is about 1.5-2 weeks. I will either ship the finished jeans back to you or they can be picked up. These details will be discussed after the order is placed.
