FAQs

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

  • I do not accept returns for custom made or pre-order items.
  • On other items, I accept returns within 14 days of purchase. If something is wrong with your item, please send me an email at rolenoutwest@gmail.com, and I will help to the best of my ability!

 

SHIPPING & PICKUP:

  • Custom items: shipping estimates will be pre-determined and communicated prior to beginning on your items.
  • Occasionally, I will have pre-order sales. Those items will have posted estimated shipping dates on the listings and my social media.
  • Most other items will have a 14 day processing time. Due me being a one-person team, I need that time to ensure the orders are made to standard.
  • I do NOT ship partial orders. 
  • I only ship on business days (M-F)
  • PICKUP: the only pickup location will be in Dike, TX unless agreed upon BEFORE the order is placed. Please do not select the pickup option if you do not plan to pickup.

 

ORDER STATUS:

  • Please wait until after the full 14 day processing time before contacting me regarding the status of your order.
  • Once an item has been shipped, I CANNOT do anything about the status of the package. You will have to contact USPS. 

 

LOST PACKAGES:

  • If your tracking information says that your package was delivered but it has not arrived please wait a few days, sometimes the USPS system is incorrect.
  • If your package never arrives please contact USPS as I have no control over the package once it is in USPS hands.

 

INVALID ADDRESS:

  • If a package is returned to me due to invalid address or address errors based on the information I am given, then the customer is responsible for paying to reship the item.

 

CUSTOMIZATION & PERSONALIZATION:

  • Products with vinyl decals are open to color customization. Color choices are subject to inventory OR your processing times will be extended to accommodate your request.
  • To personalize a product with a name, please email me your order number with EXACTLY what you would like the product to say. 
  • If you would like a mockup of your custom/personalized product prior to production, send me an email with your order number and I would be happy to get that to you!
  • I accept custom projects. Please send me your thoughts/ideas, and we can work together to make your perfect item!
  • If you are providing the apparel/items for your custom project, then you are responsible for getting the item to me. I unfortunately, I am not always able to accommodate meeting customers to pickup blank items.
