REFUNDS & RETURNS
- I do not accept returns for custom made or pre-order items.
- On other items, I accept returns within 14 days of purchase. If something is wrong with your item, please send me an email at rolenoutwest@gmail.com, and I will help to the best of my ability!
SHIPPING
- Custom Items: shipping will be determined on a case by case basis, and will be determined prior to starting the project.
- Pre-Order Items: there will be an estimated shipping date listed in the item description.
- Made to order: 14 day processing time
- Ready to Ship: 3 business day processing time.
- I do NOT ship partial orders. (EX: if you order a made-to-order and a ready-to-ship item, then the whole order will go out once the made-to-order item is ready)
- Item types will be listed in the descriptions
- I only ship on business days (M-F)
ORDER STATUS
- Please wait until after the full 14 day processing time before contacting me regarding the status of your order.
LOST PACKAGES:
- If your tracking information says that your package was delivered but it has not arrived please wait a few days, sometimes the USPS system is incorrect.
- If your package never arrives please contact USPS as I have no control over the package once it is in USPS hands.
INVALID ADDRESS
- If a package is returned to me due to invalid address, then the customer is responsible for paying to reship the item.
